Portland Food Carts? Shacks? Hovels?

These block long stretches of food carts in Portland rock.  Props to the guy making amazing pork sandwiches at the People's Pig.  This scene made me realize how sad and corporate and belated is the food truck trend here in NYC.  Anyway, the food was great, the options plenty, the scale human.  Hooray for one-off, mom and pop food shacks that serve one kind of food out of trailers that look to be valued at about $500 total.
