What Makes a Great Library?

The first conversation I'm hosting this year will focus on the role of libraries in a changing culture.  More specifically, what is the future of our own Fort Scott Public Library?  Why do we need libraries, how do we use them, and what changes are required for libraries to continue to remain relevant?
