Brew Night - Celebration Ale

Last night our brew group brewed an all-grain clone of Sierra Nevada's Celebration Ale (an American IPA).  We're still relatively new to all-grain brewing.  This is the real deal -- you start by mashing milled grain and go from there.  It's a long process and has to start a little earlier in the evening.  Hence, it becomes a kid-inclusive affair for some of us with little ones.  The medieval monks may have combined craft brewing and prayer, but they didn't do it in a baby bjorn.
